Get Involved

Here in the Volunteer State, we have an opportunity to protect nearly 18,000 acres of the Cherokee National Forest "in perpetuity", including the entire watershed of the pristine Bald River. In order to protect these lands for current and future generations, we need your help! The coalition operates on a limited budget. We need your support - financial and otherwise! To help permanently protect the best wild places in Tennessee, please make a donation [1]. Be sure to designate your donation to Tennessee Wild.

Another way to help secure Congressional wilderness designation for the Cherokee, is to write your federally elected officials and encourage them to protect these areas permanently.
